What does Cordial mean?
Cordial is a term you can often find in craft cocktail bars. Put simply a cordial is a citric syrup. Why do we do this, to fasten service on cocktails with equal parts citric equal parts syrup (like a gimlet for example) a smoother service is produced with a product with longer shelf life.

When should I prebatch?
A prebatch is a large batch of ingredients combined to put out large volume of orders (can assigned to the highest selling cocktail) without backing up the bar. When prebatching the longer the shelf life the better to reduce throwing out ingredients needlessly. Avoid citrus and other oxidizing ingredients for best shelf life.

Want to make an original cocktail?
Ready to make a signature cocktail fo your venue? Want to experiment with flavors? Cocktails can be divided into 3 categories: aperitifs, long drinks, and digestifs. Broad categories that cover cocktails that are; low in sugar, long refreshing and carbonated, as well as slightly higher in sugar content.
